KURSEONG, WEST BENGAL TRIP

Hello Friends

My name is Madhurima and by profession, I am a Senior IT Analyst working at an MNC company located in Pune, Maharashtra.  Besides my profession, I am also interested in documenting my Travel experiences as a Blogger.

Hope you all will find this helpful if you're planning to visit this region. Our journey began from Pune, Maharashtra, as we headed towards our hometown, Siliguri, West Bengal. After landing at Bagdogra Airport, we went straight to our home to rest.

The following day, we set off for Kurseong, a charming hill station and municipality in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal. Situated at an altitude of 1,482.55 meters, Kurseong is about 32 kilometers from Darjeeling and is known for its serene atmosphere and scenic beauty..

It's the commencing route from Siliguri towards Hills

Below I am sharing few pictures which I have captured to see the scenic beauty of the place

Kurseong is known as the "Land of White Orchids" and is a paradise for nature lovers. It's famous for its serene ambiance, natural beauty, and rolling meadows of tea gardens. The town also offers spectacular views of Mt Kanchenjunga, Kabru, and Jannu, as well as the rivers of Teesta and Mahananda.

After this lovely, wonderful visit, it's time for some snacks at the end

None other than local Chicken Momos would be best for my appetite-smacking taste :)

 Hope you all liked it!
